Most rural communities frequently encounter challenges of water scarcity in recurrent droughts to collect contaminated water either catchments or salt water from hand-dug wells in their respect sites that contributes to water borne diseases of typhoid, watery diarrhea or cholera etc.
The company desilts as well as renovates periodically to original designs and depths of hand-dug wells (Shallow wells) that occasionally dry up in recurrent droughts in Somalia. Hand-dug wells and water catchments are main water sources for both rural communities & livestock.
